Refunds and Returns Policy
We hope you are happy with our products. We do understand that sometimes a customer may
change their mind or /and may wish to return an item.
- Changed your mind after placing your order
If you change your mind before your order is dispatched, we may be able to cancel the order if you contact us immediately by phone within our opening hours. The ordered item will be dispatched on the same day if we receive the order before 3.00 pm. We therefore will be able to cancel the order and delivery for you if we receive your cancellation request before the item is dispatched.
- Changed your mind after receiving your order?
If you change your mind, you can return the product to us within 14 days for a refund, as long as it is unused and in its original and re-saleable condition (including undamaged packaging) and must be sent back to us within a further 7 days, unused and with the original packaging. We aim to issue a refund within 7 days after receiving the return item.We kindly ask you to take reasonable care of the goods you are returning and securely package the return item to prevent any damages in transit; otherwise, we may not be able to issue a refund of the full item price and we will exercise our right to charge you for the reduction in value.Please make it clear when you cancel an order that you are cancelling under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
- Faulty item
In the unlikely event of something proving faulty after use, please advise us immediately. After the 30 day period following receipt of your goods, refunds will not be issued, but we will be happy to have the faulty item repaired or replaced within the item’s warranty period.
- Return Costs
Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility. However, a prepaid return label will be provided by us only in the case of arrived damaged or arrived faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover the return cost of unwanted goods.Please note you MUST contact us before returning an item to us. Upon contacting us you will be given full details on the best way to return an item to us. If you do not contact us before returning an item, there is no guarantee that we will be able to process your return and issue a refund or replacement.
